# Mobile web has a way to go |

Everyone recognizes the iPhone as a mobile Mac. Maybe 3G will make it more like a Mac. Nokia, who controls an abnormal percentage of cell phone market, is acquiring web technology. Do you use your cell phone for web browsing? Not many do. Most have to be iPhone owners. With Edge I do not get excited. The lack of Flash and Java restrict where I surf. # UK thinks iPhone too expensive |

The Telegraph reports $26,500 iPhones have been activated in the UK, indicating sales far short of the 70,000 to 100,000 reported to have been sold. A study conducted by GfK NOP suggests only 2% of those surveyed would buy an iPhone, The iPhone retails for £269 in the UK and an 18-month contract is mandatory, which costs £35 per month. More …
