Apple has done it again. The form factor is just amazing. Better video in a smaller screen. The screen depth of the nano is beautiful. 160 GB disables a lot of flash cards, as classic iPids can be mounted.for data or files.. Having an iPhone makes the iPod Touch not much, but promises an update for iPhone.

Apple discontinued the 4GB iPhone and dropped the price of the 8GB to $399. Just in time for Christmas.

iTunes has been updated to create iPhone ringtones. Activation next week and there is to be $0.99 surcharge. When active, iTunes has a ringtones editor, pick the song, pick the section.

iPod shuffle is now in four colors, plus gray and Global Fund Red.

iPod nano has been redesigned to include a bigger screen that displays movies and Apple’s Album Cover flow, in a still smaller form factor. $199 for the 8GB model in multiple colors and $149 for the silver, 4GB model.

The standard iPod is now known as the “iPod Classic” is even slimmer. $249 for a 80GB version, $349 for a 160GB model. I paid $399 for my 3rd generation 40 GB iPod.
