Mozilla released Thunderbird 2.0.0.5, a security update for the open source mail and news reader. This release addresses issues with allow remote code execution by launching Firefox from Internet Explorer and with crashes caused by memory corruption.

Mozilla also released SeaMonkey 1.1.3, a suite that includes a web browser, email client, IRC chat client, and WYSIWYG web page composer. This release addresses a more extensive list of security and stability fixes.
