Most Mac users know to make a PDF (Portable Document Format) file from a document, say a Word document or a PowerPoint presentation, they can make a PDF by going into Print mode and clicking the “PDF” button on the print dialog box and choosing “Save as PDF.” Though this makes a PDF file that is larger than Adobe Acrobat makes from the same document. You can reduce its size by instead choosing “Compress PDF” rather than “Save as PDF.” More …
