Wired reports, “Apple TV hacker “IPP” writes: ‘Several of us over in the Awkward TV IRC(l0rdr0ck, myself, and others) have had our Mod’d Apple TV’s played with over night(SSH/VNC disabled), our guess is apple has started to fight back the mod’d Apple TV’s. This is a warning to all of you to block your Apple TV from the internet by going into your routers settings and denying it internet access!’” More …

The AirPort Base Station Update 2007-001, for Mac OS X 10.4 and above, includes general fixes and compatibility updates for the following applications:

- AirPort Utility
- AirPort Admin Utility for Graphite and Snow Base Stations
- AirPort Disk Utility
- AirPort Disk Agent

Note: Only previously installed software from the list above will be updated. AirPort Utility v5.1 for Mac OS X 10.4.x or later software supports the AirPort Extreme Base Station with 802.11n, AirPort Extreme Base Station and AirPort Express Base Station.

Apple launched its Complete My Album service on iTunes, giving customers credit for tracks they have already bought if they go on to purchase the entire album. As Trading Markets reports, Apple will award a 99¢ credit for every track purchased against the final buying price of a complete album, as long as that album is purchase within the next 6 months.
