The David Pogue has published a short video comparison of the similarities, or lack thereof, between OS X and Vista. As you would expect, accusations that Microsoft has stolen any ideas from Apple’s operating system are utterly spurious. Utterly.

Associated Press is covering eMusic’s announcement that the online music retailer has sold 100,000,000 DRM-free tracks, which is 1/10 of what Apple has sold in that same time. The company has attracted more than 220,000 subscribers.

“Except for iTunes, the only store that is doing well online with downloads is eMusic, and the reason is because they do sell it without [playback restrictions],” said Phil Leigh, an analyst with Inside Digital Media. More …
