AppleInsider reports, Apple is expected to deliver three new iPod models as part of the company’s 2007 roadmap.
The first of these is said to be the ‘true’ video iPod, which will replace the 5.5G iPod. The current iteration is merely a recent update of the now relatively-old 5G model. But details are sketchy about the iPod 6G. CEO Steve Jobs is reportedly unwilling to release the new model until Apple’s iTV box hits the market and the company can gauge consumer reaction, as well as the how the revamped iTunes movie service fares. The iTMS is expected to debut downloadable movies from several more Hollywood studios in 2007.
